Jim Dobson Ford of Winamac was recently recognized as a recipient of the 2020 Ford Motor Company President’s Award. One of the Ford Motor Company’s most prestigious accolades, only 10% of Ford Dealers throughout the United States earn this designation. To earn the President’s Award, Jim Dobson Ford had to receive the highest customer satisfaction ratings based on surveys and reputation scoring in both sales and service. Ford Regional Manager Mike Murphy visited the dealership to formally congratulate the Jim Dobson Ford family and staff. Murphy observed, “Earning this award back to back in 2019 and 2020 exemplifies the Dobson team’s commitment to exceptional customer care in sales, service and after the sale.” Steve Dobson added, “We’re so proud of our team for helping us earn this award. 2020 was a challenging year for everyone, which makes this year’s award a truly outstanding accomplishment. We have proudly served the community for nearly five decades and look forward to earning our customers’ loyalty for years to come.”
