Sound Meditation
Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a Sound Meditation on Wednesday, Dec. 10th at 11:00 a.m. or Thursday, Dec. 18th at 5:30 p.m.
This is a chance to slow down, reset, and release anything weighing you down. Just bring yourself and a mat or blanket if desired. Some mats will be available.
