Pulaski County Health Department Ribbon Cutting and Open House
Through a collaborative effort with Parkview Haven Life Plan Community, the Pulaski Health Department will now have an office on the county’s west side. It will be located at Parkview Haven in Francesville. The opening of the Health Department office on the west side represents a significant step toward improving access to healthcare services for these communities, which was achieved at no cost to the county. This initiative came to realization thanks to the collective efforts of the local healthcare organization’s administrator, Max Jones, and the leadership team to secure resources, space and operational support.
The Pulaski Health Department’s west side office will provide essential health services such as immunizations, health screenings, environmental services, and wellness programs directly to residents who previously faced barriers in accessing care. Parkview Haven’s Max Jones shared that this partnership exemplifies a commitment to ensuring every resident has access to quality health care.
The west side location will allow stronger connections within the community, helping to ensure that residents receive timely and comprehensive public health services. This effort underscores the power of partnerships in addressing local needs while maintaining financial responsibility and promoting the well-being of the entire county. Together, we are stronger!
