
Restorative Yoga

This May, we are hosting Restorative Yoga at the library on Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m.
Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow-paced practice. Props are used to support the body in comfortable poses held for extended periods.
This practice can help to reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation and sleep, and ease muscle tension.
Participants are welcome to bring a throw or blanket if they desire.
