It’s that time of year again! Help us decorate our local towns for fall. It’s the Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce‘s annual SCARECROW CONTEST!!! Calling all businesses of Pulaski County – Winamac, Francesville, Medaryville, Monterey, Star City, Pulaski. Send the Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce a picture of your scarecrow on FB messenger to enter! This contest takes place now through Friday, Oct 4th. and the winner will be announced Sunday!
